- Early on in the lawsuit, Mr. Tomlinson vandalized his own motorcycle and submitted a false police report blaming the people he was suing.
- He accidentally sent surveillance video of the alleged vandal (himself) to a troll.
- Mr. Tomlinson has never shown this video footage during any of his media tours, and desperately tries to scrub it from the internet.
- Mr. Tomlinson claims that the surveillance video was initiated by his "motion-activated" camera, which only collects "30 seconds at a time", despite the video being 32 seconds long and beginning several seconds before the "vandal" enters into the frame.
- On 13 April 2023, the individual responsible for calling the fake emergencies (SWATs) to Mr. Tomlinson's house, a SWAT-for-hire dealer named "Torswats", revealed that Mr. Tomlinson ordered the SWATs to his own house because he wanted to get in the news and sue the MPD for money.
- Torswats would repeat these allegations in private chats which were not intended for public view.
- Mr. Tomlinson has gone on multiple news tours since the SWATtings started in order to promote his victimhood brand, utilizing the services of Lenora Claire.
- He also recently sued the MPD for money.

I think the fact he didnt even have a senior portrait in the yearbook says a lot about him. He was just invisible. I dont think he was nearly as bad pre-social media though and his mental illness was probably yet to be unearthed.

I went to high school with a couple of kids like how he is now, they would run their mouth and get fucked up over it. Then later after they licked their wounds and came back from the 3-day suspension, they acted arrogant and ran their mouth like nothing happened.
And that seems to be the case in his adult life 25 years later, because he runs his mouth and acts like an arrogant fuck. Then he gets chin checked verbally, over the phone and in a courtroom. Does he learn from it? Does he shut the fuck up? NOPE. He just acts arrogant and runs his mouth like nothing happened, setting himself up for another well deserved ass slapping.
