In my teens I could do it pretty much every day or every other day and just feel shitty until the afternoon, in my mid to late 20s the "sketch", headaches and depression began to last weeks at a time, and would not be cancelled out by a new dose.wait that's a thing? I used to do it all the time in my mid-20s.
I've stopped doing it because I'm afraid doing that shit could give you a heart attack or some shit when you're older... like, you're really pushing your body to its limit doing that shit I assume.
how'd you figure out you couldnt handle it?
