I'm not for creepy breeding experiments, but can anyone give a good argument against restricting voting rights to the top 10% of the IQ bell curve? All the idiots who vote solely because they recognize someone from a tv show or because they have a snappy slogan would be gone, and many of the problems we have today would get solved, because politicians would have to present real, workable solutions to the electorate.
You could expand that to business too. Do you think the world would be better or worse if only the smartest people were allowed to own businesses of a certain size?

I think it should go back to “you have to own land / property” to vote. That would cut out a lot of shit. Personally I think if people had to pay what they owe monthly in taxes (instead of your employer taking it out) you would also see a lot more people hold politicians accountable since when it’s taken out of your pay it doesn’t hit you like if you had to pay it yourself.

IQ doesn't mean intelligence, it basically measures how good you are at taking IQ tests. We don't even really have a definition for what intelligence is, and it gets confused for knowledge all the time.

No one says IQ equals knowledge though. A high IQ rather means you will assemble knowledge faster than someone with a low IQ, because you use logic more effectively.

The vast majority of people are way too fucking retarded to deserve a say in anything.
It's false anyhow. 91% percent of American elections are given to the candidate with the superior financial backing. They say people are participating in in the system by voting but they're just being cowed and manipulated by the guy with the most power.
Short terms don't give candidates time to enact any real change and gives them a chance to wipe their hands and say "not my problem" when the system is fucked.
Entire demographics like niggers are completely owned by one party because they're "bribing the public with the public's money." A huge swath of people are single-issue voters. People vote for candidates whom they mostly hate just because they're slightly more in their ideological camp than their enemy.
Monarchs and even republics had real incentive to do well. When the land is yours, you have vested interest in it being prosperous, and prosperity requires happy and employed people to keep going. Roman senators of emperors had to pay for public works with their own money, and they faced both honor-based and financial reprisal for failure. There isn't a democratically elected official in the last 300 years who could even remotely compare to the genius of Augustus or Justinian II. A medieval duke couldn't fuck up too egregiously because either his neighbor would usurp his lands or 200 peasants would drag him out of his litter and hang him. Now these tepid faggots go "we'll just vote the bad people out!" Anyhow, there's basically modern royalty. We very credibly could have had 3 decades of Clintons and Bushes in the White House... except that modern royalty is not based on personal strength and character but wealth and ability to game the system. Funny how these liberal faggots who hate capitalism endorse democracy when they're the same thing.
Though technology could very well be the root of all these problems too.
