Im sure pat told Resto that it was a slam dunk and there is no way anyone he was suing was a coward. That they couldnt afford to fight the case and see it through. Once quasi pushed back and didnt cave in, they tried to drag it out hoping to exhaust quasis funding. Pat got his bluff called and lost.

In order to prevent the hearing, he’d have to file something addressing it, right? There’s no immediate connection between a bankruptcy filing and a come to Jesus hearing about a debt he incurred and ignored for years.
