I don't think it works this way. My understanding, and I could be very wrong, is that Pat didn't show sufficient evidence to even obtain a restraining order. There is no plea because Patrick didn't even have enough proof.

Imagine making an ass of yourself in court then you get drunk and run to twitter to discuss the war in ukraine like nothing happened. What a total waste of a day for him.
