One of the rumors were that some local biker gang or strip club run by a gang brought in local 'talent'. It was like that group 'Girls Gone Wild' where none of the women doing the videos were locals they were ringers there to get the crowd going or to fool the local girls into acting like whores on camera. But it was deceptively shot like these wild college girls were just going crazy or like how casting couch porn always has the women poorly act some line out like "I had no idea I had to get naked for this audition" and next thing they are blowing ten different guys and doing anal.

I was listening to a clip where they were reminiscing about previous interns and Anthony mentioned an intern that played a bit that "should have been burned" and talked about how it nearly got them fired just 6 weeks after returning to radio.

That has to be 'the show we can't talk about' which happened during the first couple of weeks of the XM show. Where basically a bunch of girls, some underage, were brought to the show by a band called Wolf Pack, in exchange for plugs. The show had a Jagermeister shot pouring machine that had been given to them during the WNEW years that would make ice cold shots right from the bottle. The band and the girls had no idea that the radio show basically had an open bar in the studio. Ralphie May was in studio that day.
So the girls and the band are now drinking. And some of the girls were getting dangerously inebriated, as was encouraged by the band and the O&A staff members, and some were taken advantage of sexually. Raped. Including one girl by Norton who then bragged about it many times on the show until Anthony told him not to because management were listening. One of the girls allegedly blew a bunch of the guys. And one of the girls who was unconscious was groped repeatedly and likely fingered. A few of the girls were so drunk that they passed out on the sidewalks outside of the studio and an ambulance was called. One girl was crying, likely over being sexually assaulted on the sidewalk as well. This all got the attention of police.
Ralphie May went outside with the girls, and saw the cops, and said to the cops that the girls were partying last night and they just needed some taxis to come by and take them to their hotels. So the cops left without anything else happening because they figured it was just some dumb kids out partying. An ambulance took one of the girls to the hospital for alcohol poisoning. But none of them were taken for rape kits or anything like that even though Norton and others would brag on air that they basically gang raped and took advantage of a bunch of drunk underage girls.
Management hears the show. Hear descriptions of naked girls blowing guys and getting fucked in the studio. Including a girl taking the wifflebat challenge into her asshole. And then ask O&A if they ID'd the girls and checked their age. Which of course was 'no'. So the show is threatened with being fired. The shot pouring machine is removed from the studio. A new system for getting girls into the studio is made. No more penetration or drinking bits becomes the rule. And the show is removed from circulation and cannot be replayed.
And this was like month two of them returning to radio at XM. Within a year they would almost be fired over the foghorn being blown in the reporter's ear during Assault on the Media.
