This guy's neighborhood reminds me of some skateboarding game from the late 90s early 2000s that had trains on each end of the block to restrict it to a small size.

THUG was revolutionary. I remember it has the ability to upload your photo and have your face in the game. It looked terrible, but was cool for the time. The process was insane though. You needed to email your face photo and wait for some upload code or some shit. It was so long ago.
