It was Bat Woman I thought. They cancelled it because it was planned to be released on streaming but that wasn't going to make any money so they decided to give it a theater release. Then they figured out the money it's cost for the effects upgrades they'd need so it wouldn't look bad on the big screen would be too much so they shelved it.
