WWAW the Vietnamese pho brotherman? So asian beef soup is usually served with beef stock, noodles, pak choi. Then it should be topped with fresh carrot, spring onion and a slice or two of cured or roast beef. You get a meaty, spicy aroma coming from the stock complimented by the sharp fresh vegetables. It's my favourite soup and I've ordered it all over China and its the same recipe in USA Europe and UK if you find a good authentic restaurant where Chinamen go.
Or... just go to Hooligans and eat this flat looking slop with crackers. Your choice.
I've never eaten anything other than a bahn mi when i go somewhere Vietnamese. I don't know why they bother serving anything else tbhWWAW the Vietnamese pho brotherman?
As with everything at “Hoolies” plating and serving is just as important as the food itself. That’s why they forgo carefully ladling the soup into the bowl in favor of scooping the bowl through the soup trough like they’re working the kitchen in a Guatemalan prison. The soup is carefully prepared in a large pot, by opening and emptying cans of Campbells soup. The chef then leaves the heat on at just the right temperature. That way, when you order it, it’s still warm. A true masterpiece.
