For any normal person, this should've been a slam dunk case. Some random guy starts antagonizing you over text, threatening to come to your local bar and then actually does it, asking where you are? Easy restraining order right there.
Only Rick could've bungled this case front, back and centre. First strike was engaging with the atalker texts. Second strike was not bringing any fucking evidence to court. Third nail in the coffin was being a complete aspie cunt to the judge.
He fucking stinks at everything he does. He's the kind of person who should legitimately be institutionalized for his own safety, he clearly can't function in the real world. Just give him his toys and there won't be any discernible difference between life in a padded cell and his current non-existence on the outside.
