You really shouldn’t be getting delayed onset muscle soreness if you workout consistently. Usually you only get it when you rarely workout and/or are a fat idiot.
He really complains about soreness for someone that claims to have been going to the gym 5 times a week for a decade.

you get it coming back from injury or if you've deloaded for too long

If Pat offered you double or nothing on the full satisfaction amount, who could do more push ups, would you take it?

Did anyone mention you dont get delayed onset muscle soreness if you actually work out? It only happens to newbies.

Not really -- an experienced lifter also gets DOMS when you alter your workouts. Even using less weight but with a different movement can cause it. Incorporating new movements with different levels of weight continually shocks the system.

I have been doing barbell deadlifts for past half a year and did dumbbell ones last Thursday with considerably less weight but higher reps and was sore for first time in weeks.

Are you saying you believe Pat works out and changed his routine? Yea he shook things up on his chest, he was one of those guys that just did a standard bench but he's added dumbbell flyes, a dumbbell snatch, and plate press to even up his overall development.

A. Awful shirt.
B. Why the fuck are you wearing two of them?
C. Why'd you need to record this?

For all of the bitching people are doing about AI generating endless digital garbage, it's got a ways to go to catch up with humans.
