Also piggy claiming tens of thousands dollars income from policies he said he sold close to 15 years ago is suspicious. If that was true you’d have insurance agents retiring in their 30s / 40s and many more people doing it if that business is so lucrative.
Primerica is an insurance MLM cult that could generate income that way if you were in the tippity top echelon of earners, but pat isn't involved with them as far as I can tell.

So this says residuals are usually paid out when new policies are sold or old ones are renewed on a yearly basis. The average insurance agent is nowhere near 6 figures in commission.
