My guess is either:

1. Referring to Anna Merlan who had just cancelled her article after Patso sent out the fake voicemails
2. Trying to bait Josiah into admitting the mole is also a troll as that wasn't revealed to him until later (he even emailed the mole right after "informing" him that the Huffington Post journalist was a troll)
