I’m bemused watching the Redditors, seemingly with little coordination, xeet at him from every angle about the hearing. Shaming him into going, shaming him into avoiding it, reasoning with him objectively, insulting him, predictions based on past behavior, predictions based on his awful personality traits.

His sad little brain can’t possibly process all this input. I’m riveted.

I don't know about all the redditors but my contacts have told me they've been having more fun pig poking on xitter and possibly getting up karma on a few new reddit accounts in preparation for a good laff.

I'm betting Patrick and Niki will NOT attend this hearing. My reasoning:

1. They're both irresponsible trash.
2. Patrick has no means to pay this debt.
3. He lives in denial, she aids and abets his fantasy life.
4. He's already resigned himself to whatever consequences are coming, because he feels he's morally justified to resist paying Quasi.

If Patrick is arrested, in his mind he's a martyr, and his nonstop persecution makes for a more elaborate story to take to the media. The $50,000 debt already might as well be a billion dollars, because he can't pay it.

Getting cuffed and arrested will just look like an extension of the 40 SWATings, so he's mentally prepared to cope with it.
