But read fedwork on reddit. They're dumping people who post "I spent all week crying at my desk." Or "my boss hated me and always wanted me to quit." They asked the supervisors for lists of people and they got it.

It's not just that.

I've been in the US for a while and worked in a couple of shit industries. I quit them because they were fucked. I worked for a papermill that had 1600 days of lost time due to accidents in one year. We dumped (100s?) Of thousands of gallons of shit into rivers. We got away with it because we paid the epa and osha fines as part of doing business (and the union didnt give a shit). In a real world (with real enforcement) that place wouldn't exist. I didn't keep my job and go on social media with #resist and call Mr. Koch a faggot who sucks whatever cock. I quit and went somewhere that didn't suck as much as my protest. I didnt stay at the employer I hated so much and kept getting the paycheck while posting on social media all day.

That wasn't just trump, or Biden, or trump, or Obama. If the epa, or Osha, or fish and game, of fisheries, or any of these departments, that haven't shut down 1 out of 10000 shitholes over the years and just keep taking their money to build a wing on a university, then why do they even exist? "We need the EPA to study the migration pattern of the endangered river tuna!" Instead of stopping the actual poisoning of ecosystems. I'm not even a tree hugger but when you watch people stomping birds and kicking them in the ditch covered in black liquor rather than cleaning up the leak it makes you question things.

8 ucf 1324 is the law. Why hasn't a single attorney general since 2012 had them kick in the door of a chicken plant (even under trump) when the CEO of Tyson should be in prison with all their assets seized? That's a government not giving a shit or doing their job issue.

So some probies lost their jobs. Oh well. Nobody has been doing them anyway. The trump stuff now is just theatre. None of its real. Now I just work somewhere where we make fake food, it's not as terrible because we get our ingredients from country with terrible environmental policies but since we're not doing it directly its fine.

TLDR: it makes no difference that they got fired because nobody was doing their job anyway.

You’re not wrong about most of that but the thing is, you do need some people to do some of these jobs. And if you’re trying to save money and be more efficient then you should keep the young cheap people and fire the GS-14s who haven’t done shit in 20 years. I’m sure they’re working on doing that too, but again, you do need some people to stick around and I’d rather it be energetic young people working for peanuts who are willing to learn and grow still.

And I agree with you. It's a tough one man. One of the guys they said "look what you're doing!!!!" Is a guy who took 7 years off and then came back and was laid off as a probie after 7 months. They're losing deadwood and probably some performers got caught up in it. Or, since they have access to X and all the Fed DB are they doing a cross reference on "orange man deserves to die" vs "who never learned the don't post all of your feelings on social media?" I'd get fired for what I post on here (nigger nigger nigger)

Ok the mission was already planned after it happened. Trump/Elon aren't magically bringing them home. Nobody was delaying it. Nobody cancelled it. There was no conspiracy from Biden to stop it. So Trump/Elon are rah rah rah we rule taking credit for something that was going to happen according to a scheduled launch. It's theater.
