Actually, Brinton never submitted anything to be able to make arguments Pro Hac Vice in California, even though he said he would in some other filing. I also saw that he filed to be admitted Pro Hac Vice for the case with the roided up clinger from Pittsburgh, and he touted his perfect record of being admitted Pro Hac Vice in other states, which he listed and did not include California.

So either he did not want to ding his perfect record by being denied, or he didn't want to be admitted and then get reamed out by judges in California who actually know that the fuck is going on. I know Stavros Esquire was a bumbling fucktard, but smarmy ass Resto would have been making the same arguments and would have gotten slapped down by competent judges in similar fashion.
