I've been watching the show a lot recently. It wasn't about Bobby doing liberal things and his dad realizing "you know huwhat son, my old fashioned ways are wrong, and I should accept you as who you are."

Hank's right (from a narrative perspective) in every episode like that. He's not going to accept his son dating a tranny, just like the episodes where Bobby dates a vegetarian, mixes skater culture with Christianity, etc. Hank tells him he's retarded and the episode ends with Bobby realizing his dad's right.

Anyway I'm gay.

That was the 90s brothaman. We are in different times.


Remember how they brought back Rocko's Modem Life just to promote a character being a tranny, and said characters father (who was against everything) had no problem with it.

How the regular cast couldn't get used to ANYTHING (because they were from the past) but were totally on board with their idol being a tranny.

Yeah but that's why I mentioned Beavis and Butthead. That reboot is currently still airing, and it has none of that shit.

Rocko's Modern Life reboot killed a piece of my childhood. They made everything perfect, exactly like the original (animation, voices, etc) and then shoved a big fat turd into it with the tranny storyline.

The episodes of new Beavis & Butthead where they are middle aged losers are the best of the bunch. I think Mike Judge knows what to do. George W. Bush was barely mentioned during King of the Hill, so they likely won't even talk about Trump, which would be great.

There was the episode about him having a limp handshake and shattering Hank's image of him and that was really about it.
