Ultimately most things have value just a question of how much. In this circumstance Anthony has a small fanbase that will support him no matter what not unlike Jim & Sam, Opie, Howard etc.

I guess what I'm trying to say is that Cumia is a nostalgia act at this point which is fine but you can't build a multi million dollar network (That's what he spent not what he makes) around a nostalgia act, it isn't good business. He should be a secondary show on his own network.

Reminds me of Club Piscopo. Leaning heavily on nostalgia and desperately trying to stay financially afloat. But unlike Joe Piscopo, Anthony is not culturally relevant enough to be Jocktobered, or goofed on by a popular podcast or show. So he continues to be obscure eternally. Even people who hate Anthony who could savage him over Sue Lighting or beating Dani Brand basically just ignored it.

Anthony went from being on the largest radio show and talk show goofing on anyone and everyone for laughs. To being even more insignificant than the shows he once mercilessly slaughtered for being irrelevant. Literally Joe Piscopo could pull a bigger crowd at a Minor League Baseball stadium or a comedy club than Anthony could currently.

Whoever greenlit Club Piscopo should have been fired. I don’t even think he was on SNL very long.

Joe may be a joke now, but he had a solid 3-4 year run and it's not an exaggeration to say he and Eddie saved the show.
I honestly had no idea. I thought he was a one and done guy. I guess at one time Sinatra impressions passed as humor.

When did Artie leave? It's essentially been the same since then hasn't it?

I never subbed paying for radio/video talk is truly retarded with so many options out there. I can't believe people paid for the xm stuff tbh

Think Artie left in 2018 so he's been gone for quite a while now. I think Anthony trialled a couple of co hosts during that time but nobody particularly good and of course nobody that matches the star power of Artie either.

I'm not against paying for a subscription service, the question though is who genuinely wants to pay money for the programming they offer? Chrissie Mayr, Geno Bisconte, Steve Conti? No thanks.

Totally forgot Dave Landau was after Artie. Hardly a big or entertaining co host.
