We know that Anthony has obsessed over his appearance amongst the fans and public since the XM days. He would constantly block people on Paltalk or other chatrooms for insulting him. He would have people banned from forums over insulting him. He would dump out on the air if a site that mocked him was mentioned (I think that this lead to a major fight one time even). I would bet anything that Anthony in the days of XM before Twitter and Youtube was spending most of his free time looking at Wackbag or other O&A sites desperate to see anything positive about him and then try to get the mods or admins to censor anything negative about him.

Then Anthony would retort how the casinos were paying for him to have free rooms and free limo rides to and from the casino. And then talk about how he would verbally abuse the dealers and croupiers and scream into a pillow. Like these were the behaviors of some dignified honored guest or royalty.
Anthony thought he was some high class roller in the casino. With his entourage (of flunkies) and comped rooms. And blasting away $10K per hand on blackjack. I cannot imagine the money he must have blown on gambling. We also know he played online gambling as well when online poker was legal in NY/USA. With his ghoulish face and his entourage of mutants and animals it probably looked like the cast of Fallout New Vegas during the main quest.
