Very feminine behavior from Anthony, who is clearly unbothered.
Just think about all the time Nana has put into tweeting over the years. Countless tens of thousands of useless, stupid tweets, most of them already deleted from existence. All that time, all that effort, all for absolutely nothing.
I thought it was either going to be nothing, or his corradosoprano4 “Really pounded that guy. Great thread.” tweet. This also works.

More than any man I've ever seen, Nana goes way, way out of his way to let everyone know how arrow-straight he is. Most hetero men don't feel compelled to tell everyone in earshot about how hetero they are, but Nana does. Then as soon as he sees a karaoke stage, he's flitting, prancing, mincing and vamping it up in the gayest possible way. It all only points toward one explanation.
You can tell that @AngryHugo really, really got to Anthony to provoke a response like that. Ol' Nana had a moment of self reflection, and realized that his obsession with Twitter does indeed reveal to the world how dissatisfied he really is. He's miserable - He's with a woman (yuck) an adult woman at that (double yuck), and having to dress up like an adult and go out and socialize. He would much prefer being at home, drinking and taking Xanny's, getting his ass kicked at CoD while tugging it to either trannies or children.
Twitter is where he goes to create the illusion of the life that he wants people to think that he's living, and this dude instantly saw through that.
Rather than have enough self awareness to realize that and go about making choices that could change his life, make him happy and lessen his reliance on Twitter, he decided that it was easier to put this guy on blast instead and sic his simple minded simps on him.
