- Mr. Tomlinson's 2021 lawsuit was funded in secret by the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America, a 501(c)(3) charity, to the tune of $100,000 without the knowledge or consent of their donors or members. They also agreed to pay any sanctions in case he lost (which he did).

- To this day, SFWA has never acknowledged its funding of the lawsuit, and actively instructs the few people in the know to ignore all inquiries into it.
- Is the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America funding Mr. Tomlinson's lawsuit against the Milwaukee Police? If they are, the general public probably wouldn't know due to their history of funding expensive lawsuits in secret.
- You can use IRS form 3949-A to report SFWA's activity if you reasonably believe that it is illegal for a 501(c)(3) charity to secretly fund frivolous nuisance lawsuits for one of its members.

- Mr. Tomlinson's feud started after members of the now-defunct Reddit site r/opieandanthony got his Twitter account suspended, causing him to threaten some bored trolls who never heard of him with a libel lawsuit. The trolls responded predictably.
- Mr. Tomlinson has been instructed many times by friends, family, police, and attorneys to stop engaging with his trolls, and that continuing to provoke them will cause him to be trolled even more. Mr. Tomlinson wilfully ignores this advice

- He accidentally sent surveillance video of the alleged vandal (himself) to a troll.
- Mr. Tomlinson has never shown this video footage during any of his media tours, and desperately tries to scrub it from the internet.
- Mr. Tomlinson claims that the surveillance video was initiated by his "motion-activated" camera, which only collects "30 seconds at a time", despite the video being 32 seconds long and beginning several seconds before the "vandal" enters into the frame.
- On 13 April 2023, the individual responsible for calling the fake emergences (SWATs) to Mr. Tomlinson's house, a SWAT-for-hire dealer named "Torswats", revealed that Mr. Tomlinson ordered the SWATs to his own house because he wanted to get in the news and sue the MPD for money.
- Torswats would repeat these allegations in private chats which were not intended for public view.
- Mr. Tomlinson has gone on multiple news tours since the SWATtings started in order to promote his victimhood brand, utilizing the services of Lenora Claire.
- He also recently sued the MPD for money.

If you told me you were in for 12 years I'd buy you a beer or two. I never joined because I did well on my SATs and had decent grades in high school, plus I made 3 times the salary tending bar 2 nights a week. I do appreciate guys who joined because it staved off the calls for drafts and compulsory service that were gaining traction during the Bush years

Never did, 70s was filled with semi criminal losers, 80's was all gung ho imbeciles who couldn't get into college, 90's was a combination of the 3. Nobody joined because they were experiencing any kind of success as a teen. No shame in it, you fixed your shit by turning yourself over to the government, whatever it took, good for you. Just don't pretend you wanted that.
You can’t get into any of the military academies without solid grades and recommendation from a U.S. Congressman. Or at least that was the deal at West Point.

That is the deal with all military academies. People who go to those are not enlisting in the military.
If you go to West Point, you’re bound to serve a minimum of eight years after graduation. You’re commissioned as a second lieutenant immediately upon graduating West Point. Being commissioned isn’t enlisting if we’re getting into semantics, but committing to West Point is committing to a military career until at least age 30.
Not sure why you need everyone in the military to be poverty-stricken retards with no other prospects, but you seem pretty invested in it.

How hilarous would it be if he doesnt get a military funeral because he doesnt qualify after all those years saying he was a veteran? His daughter will be thrilled to find out she has to pay for everything and all she inherited was a bunch of cheap guitars and some Trump playing cards.
