The allegory about mental health is so thinly veiled, it's laughable. It's like subtext written by a highschool student. It wasn't a bad movie, but it's not a good one.

I liked it a lot for a new horror movie. There's a bunch of pretty creepy, unsettling parts. I literally got chills down my spine, goosebumps and that cold pins and needles feeling in my buttcheeks several times.
If you go through the thread you can probably tell that at the beginning I thought it was gonna be gay fuckin shit but as it went on it kept creeping me out I liked it more and more.

That movie sucked. You only see the smile monster, what, three times? It’s pretty much a tension-less version of “It Follows.”

Yeah the big monster at the end ruined it for me. Up to that point it was pretty good though. Good tension and kept the jumpscares to a few big ones.

Im about 3/4 the way through. I dont hate it but its nothing special. Im sitting at the airport and got a delayed flight. Whats a good movie to watch thats on a free streaming website? Are there even any good movies made in the last 5 years? Feels like everything i watch is just kinda okay.
