There are a lot of borderline retarded artist in the world. Creativity and practical intelligence aren't always in league. Arnold was a self made millionaire before he started acting. In fact his accomplishments outside of acting and bodybuilding prior to him being the biggest action movie star of his time are pretty interesting and surprising. The dude sounds like a mongoloid but is well read and cultured.

Stallone had a team of hollywood writers make Rocky after they watched the Chuck Webner versus Ali fight. The whole 'struggling artist wrote script on the back of napkins in three days' was just marketing. His mother was a professional wrestler with decent industry connections but mostly spent her time writing beauty books or running psychic hotlines. Stallone had people who had worked in wrestling help him and had other big show business jews push the script to other people. Henry Winkler literally walked the script to some executives as a favor.
