As far as I know, a strength and conditioning coach is essentially a personal trainer. They coach you on working out, advise you on your diet and help you improve on your performance (performance, like sexual?)

Pat has no clue wtf he’s talking about. (I don’t know either but fuck Pat)

its a tenuous correlation at best but it is there. Muscle imbalances, instability etc lead to injury over time. These guys also have to stay in shape while not getting injured lifting during the season. So there's a very slight correlation.
There's a slight correlation between injuries and every aspect of training. Patrick proved in his gay chickenwing challenge that he doesn't even know the names of the head coaches of the teams he follows. He has no idea what a strength and conditioning coach even is. He probably just stole this talking point from someone else.

Further proof he doesn't exercise, or at least does it stupidly. The reason your back goes out like that is weak supporting muscles allowing your spine to go out of alignment over time with bad posture or just lifting stupidly. Then one day bam something pops out you end up like pat. If he lifted as regularly as he claims those muscles would be strong enough that he wouldn't have a hunched over morons posture and wouldn't have thrown his back out

It depends on the team and if it's NFL/college. In college, they're absolutely essential and because of practice abd coaching time limits, S&C coaches will spend more time with players than the head coach and all other coaches on staff.

In the NFL it's more about programs designed around strength, speed, agility/flexibility- and injury prevention, pain management, and recovery. They work in coordination with a lot of people in a teams S&C program. It's really only been about 10-15 years where teams started spending millions on S&C and nutrition-- I think the Bengals only started investing in it around 5 years ago or so (notoriously cheap). It's the one area where I don't understand why owners sometimes try to cheap out on. Just having players miss 1 or 2 fewer games a year, would make a huge difference in W-L record abd ultimately making the playoffs as the NFL has pretty thin margins when it comes to winning and losing.

Thank you for coming to my Patx Talk.

Twisting is commonly core issues. Not the rectus (nearly killed us) but slobbo obviously has never done a crunch in his life. Those are more of the stabilizers and obliques you get from farmers walks, suitcase carries, get ups and other functional exercises. Even just racking and loading the deadlift bar should be enough. Ironically box jumps would actually have helped him avoid that issue. We all know he can't leave the ground though.

This fat blob likely pulled his ql. The ql compensates for weak hips and glutes. Especially the medial glute. Mr fucks with skill and enthusiasm has no hip strength. That video of his awkward gait is likely due in part to a fucked ql overcompensating with his massive gut.
