You can’t send someone to prison based on nothing. He wasn’t convicted of anything. Wasn’t convicted in the US, wasn’t convicted over there. And further more - The administration failed to prove he was a member of MS-13 besides the evidence I laid out above: The testimony of a single dirty cop from 6 years ago.

TLDR why does this matter. Because the govt fucks up, as we all know, and sometimes it can deport people who aren’t supposed to be deported. The only reason he was sent to El Salvador is a clerical error: When the admin was filing out the deportation shit they accidentally said he couldn’t be sent to Guatemala.

They could easily fix this by just having Trump call Bukele and having a plane fly the guy from El Salvador straight to like Mexico.
