Fawk, I love Aloe Blacc. He made "never have to work again" money from co-writing and vocals in that "Wake Me Up" song by Avicii so he dropped off to focus on his family and spending his money, but I wish he still made music. Happy for his success though. Great fucking musician:

I listen to the Good Things record alot. This dude and Leon Bridges seem to be doing what should have been the natural evolution of soul music, but you're more likely to run into some dirty mumble rap faggot shit.

I still hear that one. I don't mind her honestly. She never should have had an opportunity to make that second album(that this is on) though. I remember Chasing Pavements coming out and being on Vh1 constantly and wondering what the fuck why she's fat and this sucks.
She got big because Amy Winehouse couldn’t keep it together and was cracked out. She got her career push.

I won't give her too much grief since she's clearly a talented singer. But that song was overplayed back in 2011.

I think 21 was produced by Rick Rubin. He must've saw something in her, plus as @IGotATreeOnMyHouse85 said, Amy Winehouse flopped and died a year later, hence the second album.

Oh and this. The post libertines/strokes indie rock revival had lots of poppy crap pushed by record labels like this. People complained at the time but it's better than what's around
