Man.. that is so excessively vague. Then again these asshole legislators, cops, judges, and prosecutors LOVE it that way, as it provides for as much litigation as possible at the expense of the mere peon citizens. That law is DOA. As soon as anyone with a real lawyer gets popped for this it will be thrown out by the court. Would be pretty hilarious if Prongay were the one to do it.

Within the text of that law it even says that exceptions to it include any constitutionally-protected speech, which makes the entire law moot and retarded. I think it's just another tool for corrupt governments to crack down on anyone they don't like until somebody with a spine and enough money for a lawyer gets it struck down.
