So I just got fired and I was wondering what my odds are of suing for wrongful termination

As far as I can tell there’s no clause that says they can fire me for something that happens outside of work. So here’s the story: I had a few too many drinks then walked to get some cigarettes and was accosted by some brothers. We yelled at each other back and forth, told one of them to suck my dick, and we all yelled some more. Then I went home and went on a tweeting rampage calling them F/Ns because that’s what they were! I really needed this job too. I’m thinking about starting my own company now.

The way to go is to start your own competing business. Don't look for investors, put all your own money into it. Also it's important to rely completely on any past success you may have had. This will be enough, there's no need to learn anything new or put any real effort into improving your business model. If you can, try and get away with working just a couple of hours a day, three or four days a week. Oh and drink a lot of booze every day - this is critical.

Should I trust my butler to run the company or put in the hours myself?
