- Mr. Tomlinson's 2021 lawsuit was funded in secret by the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America, a 501(c)(3) charity, to the tune of $100,000 without the knowledge or consent of their donors or members. They also agreed to pay any sanctions in case he lost (which he did).
- All parties involved signed NDAs so that the general public would never know.
- To this day, SFWA has never acknowledged its funding of the lawsuit, and actively instructs the few people in the know to ignore all inquiries into it.

- Mr. Tomlinson claims that the surveillance video was initiated by his "motion-activated" camera, which only collects "30 seconds at a time", despite the video being 32 seconds long and beginning several seconds before the "vandal" enters into the frame.
- On 13 April 2023, the individual responsible for calling the fake emergences (SWATs) to Mr. Tomlinson's house, a SWAT-for-hire dealer named "Torswats", revealed that Mr. Tomlinson ordered the SWATs to his own house because he wanted to get in the news and sue the MPD for money.
- Torswats would repeat these allegations in private chats which were not intended for public view.
- Mr. Tomlinson has gone on multiple news tours since the SWATtings started in order to promote his victimhood brand, utilizing the services of Lenora Claire.
- He also recently sued the MPD for money.

It was relevant to who I am personality wise. It's benign enough as I don't care if the pig finally names me nothing will happen. I live outside the USA have little to no social media presence and when working do contract work now. It was important to explain i wasn't bullshitting about who I was. I'm not such a pussy to fear that stuff. but sure I can develop trust and have it violated as I did, but he won't doxx me. I guess he only saves chivalry for fat, barren, faux white nationalists lol. Or in the alternative it was all a bit, it was to me, but I think I got that wrong lol.
