Mr. Tomlinson has just threatened Leslie Varney, a female publisher whom he has been attacking on Twitter from behind a block for more than a year, to be sued into poverty with a lawsuit that will presumably be funded by the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America.
- Mr. Tomlinson's 2021 lawsuit was funded in secret by the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America, a 501(c)(3) charity, to the tune of $100,000 without the knowledge or consent of their donors or members. They also agreed to pay any sanctions in case he lost (which he did).
- All parties involved signed NDAs so that the general public would never know.
- To this day, SFWA has never acknowledged its funding of the lawsuit, and actively instructs the few people in the know to ignore all inquiries into it.
- Is the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America funding Mr. Tomlinson's lawsuit against the Milwaukee Police? If they are, the general public probably wouldn't know due to their history of funding expensive lawsuits in secret.
- You can use IRS form 3949-A to report SFWA's activity if you reasonably believe that it is illegal for a 501(c)(3) charity to secretly fund frivolous nuisance lawsuits for one of its members.

- Mr. Tomlinson's feud started after members of the now-defunct Reddit site r/opieandanthony got his Twitter account suspended, causing him to threaten some bored trolls who never heard of him with a libel lawsuit. The trolls responded predictably.
- Mr. Tomlinson has been instructed many times by friends, family, police, and attorneys to stop engaging with his trolls, and that continuing to provoke them will cause him to be trolled even more. Mr. Tomlinson wilfully ignores this advice
- He would eventually file a defamation suit against 60 anonymous people which was dismissed with Mr. Tomlinson being ordered to pay $34,762.25 for opposing parties' attorney fees.

- Mr. Tomlinson claims that the surveillance video was initiated by his "motion-activated" camera, which only collects "30 seconds at a time", despite the video being 32 seconds long and beginning several seconds before the "vandal" enters into the frame.
- On 13 April 2023, the individual responsible for calling the fake emergences (SWATs) to Mr. Tomlinson's house, a SWAT-for-hire dealer named "Torswats", revealed that Mr. Tomlinson ordered the SWATs to his own house because he wanted to get in the news and sue the MPD for money.
- Torswats would repeat these allegations in private chats which were not intended for public view.
- Mr. Tomlinson has gone on multiple news tours since the SWATtings started in order to promote his victimhood brand, utilizing the services of Lenora Claire.

He tells people it’s because his dick is too girthy for him to stand up straight. Personally it looks to me like he’s in pain from hemorrhoids or getting cornholed with only blood for lube.
He wants the world to believe he's a "hard working man" who takes his craft very seriously, but of course that's all bullshit, as for the bulk of the last twenty-five years he did little more than fuck around with his terrible tribute bands a few times a year, while the Nana checks kept rolling in. Now, he's in his sixties, belts are being tightened, Nana is drinking himself into oblivion, and Joe is in panic mode. He wants to pretend he's taking his "career" seriously now, with the nonsense about his voice, his bookings and so on, like he should have been doing all along. But it's too late, as it's all passed him by. Few, if any, venues are looking for a solo karaoke act featuring tired old classic rock chestnuts that generate yawns from anyone under age sixty. I'll be mildly shocked if he makes it through this cruise ship gig of his without incident, as I figure he'll be totally gassed and exhausted within a week.
Not to mention that AI is rapidly depleting demand for the kind of commercial work he could have made an income source years ago — background music for corporate videos, brand jingles, etc. Then again “Oh, Dara” showed us his songwriting chops and I don’t think he has the creativity for catchy music. But still.
I would be terrified if I was 63 with only $50k in retirement savings. My parents took early retirement and I’m grateful every day that they saved enough to do so. Layla has a lot of worry in her future, and possibly a freeloading roommate once she’s out on her own. Poor girl.
