I picked up some Korean-style ketchup and I'm kind of regreting it (what's wrong with the Heinz we got?) although I reckon it'll work with hot dogs.

I still think Tobasco is the goat.

Salsa is good, mayonaisse.

Sauce is good. You can put it on different things.

Brown sauce is great. And for my money, Colman’s is the best mustard. I go out of my way to find that stuff here in California.

Is A1 similar to brown sauce? I've never tried A1 but learned recently that it was invented in England in the 19th century as a steak and chop sauce

A1 is a little tangier and spicier (not spicy as in ‘hot’, spicy as in full of spices) and not as sweet as brown sauce. Definitely has its own unique flavor, and much like HP, imitators don’t compare. Didn’t know it was British. I thinks it’s delicious. I love it in a burger.

I tried brown sauce when I was in Heathrow in the 90s. I found brown sauce quite bland. A1 has a ton more flavor I'd think you would like it
