No but seriously, whats the big deal. Eggfeller was banned for saying “I think a welfare check should be called in”. Why is that any different than saying “I think someone should go to Patricks house and kill him.” Obviously one is more heinous than the other but both are crimes. Adding “I think” as a preface doesn’t absolve you of responsibility if someone DID call a welfare check in. And shit runs uphill here. If Eggfellers post was kept up, and someone called something in, well the caller is to blame, then the blame falls on Egg, then the blame falls on Admin for letting that shit stay up.

Ask yourself what’s more important - This entire site being allowed to exist or a handful of users using “free speech” to say dumb shit that could have legal consequences for the existence of this site. And lets be honest…this is still the most free site you’ll find on the Internet. We can truly say whatever the fuck we want here except anything implying a threat or crime. This is a rule common across every forum site except on THOSE sites you can’t say XYZ.
