Once you drive over there, you get a good view of the first plane hitting the north tower. The girls scatter. Falling rubble destroys the WOW Van. Opie & Anthony lead you to safety where you are promptly given the option to hit them with the divide and conquer, kill one or both. That's how you start a fawking video game. You can play GTA 3 in overhead mode. It's how they originally wanted to release it. It's super hard towards the end though. But yeah. No mods or anything. Just change the camera settings
