This factually inaccurate bullshit Strawman only works if you ask "How would this trial be going if he was a black 17 year old that crossed state lines illegally carrying an AR-15 (didn't happen, obviously) and shot 3 BLACK protestors?"
To which the answer would be, those 3 black victims would be lucky to get a trial, or even a mention in the media. Like they almost never do every weekend in "Chiraq," Atlanta, St Louis, Baltimore, Philly, Detroit etc etc.
