If we're being accurate, this all started because the Honey Badger Twitter account tagged someone named Brian Keene in a reply to Rick. I don't know how they know who Brian Keene is, but it sure made Rick mad.

Post the case number(s) and the name(s) of the officials in charge of the investigation(s). If there were open and active investigations this would not be difficult to share and prove.

Brian Keene is a completely normal guy who defended Rick and then politely suggested he ignore someone which got him a block. Based on the replies from his followers saying "oh not this guy again", it sounds like Pat has made a name for himself. I can totally believe him hanging around tables and annoying people at conventions.
