What is the goal? Is there some value to having a high karma account or something?Reddit is full of fake posts and bots. Look at these two comments right above/below each other. Theyre almost the same thing word for word:

Humans are herd animals and are subconsciously predisposed to going along with the majority opinion (or apparent majority opinion). Likewise, if someone is told 24/7 that X opinion (ex. being against mass-immigration) makes them a bad person, they are far less likely to hold that opinion even if it makes complete sense. All people are retards.
