- To this day, SFWA has never acknowledged its funding of the lawsuit, and actively instructs the few people in the know to ignore all inquiries into it.

- Early on in the lawsuit, Mr. Tomlinson vandalized his own motorcycle and submitted a false police report blaming the people he was suing.
- He accidentally sent surveillance video of the alleged vandal (himself) to a troll.
- Mr. Tomlinson has never shown this video footage during any of his media tours, and desperately tries to scrub it from the internet.
- Mr. Tomlinson claims that the surveillance video was initiated by his "motion-activated" camera, which only collects "30 seconds at a time", despite the video being 32 seconds long and beginning several seconds before the "vandal" enters into the frame.
- On 13 April 2023, the individual responsible for calling the fake emergences (SWATs) to Mr. Tomlinson's house, a SWAT-for-hire dealer named "Torswats", revealed that Mr. Tomlinson ordered the SWATs to his own house because he wanted to get in the news and sue the MPD for money.
- Torswats would repeat these allegations in private chats which were not intended for public view.
- Mr. Tomlinson has gone on multiple news tours since the SWATtings started in order to promote his victimhood brand, utilizing the services of Lenora Claire.
- He also recently sued the MPD for money.

This is why O&A was so hilarious of a show. Usually the CIA sends their faggot agents to soft shows like Leno or Rogan to get asked approved and safe questions. They go on Rogan to promote their Navy SEAL books or "CIA in Iraq" lecture series or whatever nonsense they are promoting. And the questions are straightforward public relations. Never asking anything even remotely challenging. "Why are the Marines filled with such honor?" or "What was the hardest parts about BUDS training?" for the fiftieth time.
Meanwhile they send Chris Kyle to O&A for a simple easy one hour interview, only because O&A are the number one talk show for adult males at the time, and a random caller accuses him of hitting Jesse Ventura which avalanches into a media frenzy and possibly even leading to Chris Kyle's early death. Or even more ridiculous stuff like Breitbart showing his phone to O&A, and the Pests picking it up, and it eventually leading to his heart attack and things like Hilary Clinton's emails and Pizzagate being exposed. You will never really see stuff like that happen again let alone multiple times from just one show.
