That's it. My gf just wings everything and experiments and it always turns out great. Her mom actually cooks like my mom. Just happy to eat some dry piece of chicken breast with zero seasoning. And that's how they LIKE their food. One time I spent all day on a smoker and made French Dip sandwiches.
