I don't think he can spin this into anything positive for him. The best thing he has going for him is the fact that no one cares enough about his story to actually look into it. The smallest amount of research (like, say, looking at his Twitter replies) reveals that he is lying about pretty much everything and that he is constantly provoking and antagonizing the people who are supposedly terrorizing him.

Any person in the world who was the target of an alleged SWATing and terrorist campaign would avoid the alleged actors like the plague. Pat goes the complete opposite direction and responds with vitriol and escalating language 24/7.

On top of this, he's a rude, antagonizing asshole to everyone else, too. Then you throw in him abandoning his daughter and the police report from threatening to kill his ex-wife and daughter and he becomes completely unsympathetic to everyone. Any time an outlet (courts, a few of the articles written about him) digs deeper into his story the whole thing unravels and it goes poorly for Pat.
