Mr. Tomlinson has just threatened Leslie Varney, a female publisher whom he has been attacking on Twitter from behind a block for more than a year, to be sued into poverty with a lawsuit that will presumably be funded by the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America.
- Mr. Tomlinson's 2021 lawsuit was funded in secret by the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America, a 501(c)(3) charity, to the tune of $100,000 without the knowledge or consent of their donors or members. They also agreed to pay any sanctions in case he lost (which he did).
- All parties involved signed NDAs so that the general public would never know.
- To this day, SFWA has never acknowledged its funding of the lawsuit, and actively instructs the few people in the know to ignore all inquiries into it.
- Is the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America funding Mr. Tomlinson's lawsuit against the Milwaukee Police? If they are, the general public probably wouldn't know due to their history of funding expensive lawsuits in secret.
- You can use IRS form 3949-A to report SFWA's activity if you reasonably believe that it is illegal for a 501(c)(3) charity to secretly fund frivolous nuisance lawsuits for one of its members.

- Mr. Tomlinson's feud started after members of the now-defunct Reddit site r/opieandanthony got his Twitter account suspended, causing him to threaten some bored trolls who never heard of him with a libel lawsuit. The trolls responded predictably.
- Mr. Tomlinson has been instructed many times by friends, family, police, and attorneys to stop engaging with his trolls, and that continuing to provoke them will cause him to be trolled even more. Mr. Tomlinson wilfully ignores this advice

- Early on in the lawsuit, Mr. Tomlinson vandalized his own motorcycle and submitted a false police report blaming the people he was suing.
- He accidentally sent surveillance video of the alleged vandal (himself) to a troll.
- Mr. Tomlinson has never shown this video footage during any of his media tours, and desperately tries to scrub it from the internet.
- Mr. Tomlinson claims that the surveillance video was initiated by his "motion-activated" camera, which only collects "30 seconds at a time", despite the video being 32 seconds long and beginning several seconds before the "vandal" enters into the frame.
- On 13 April 2023, the individual responsible for calling the fake emergences (SWATs) to Mr. Tomlinson's house, a SWAT-for-hire dealer named "Torswats", revealed that Mr. Tomlinson ordered the SWATs to his own house because he wanted to get in the news and sue the MPD for money.
- Torswats would repeat these allegations in private chats which were not intended for public view.
- Mr. Tomlinson has gone on multiple news tours since the SWATtings started in order to promote his victimhood brand, utilizing the services of Lenora Claire.
- He also recently sued the MPD for money.

Though I did notice this one seemingly impartial observer who knows exactly enough about Patrick (even if they didn't spell his last name right):
This isn't the first time Thomlinson has been on the news over stalking stuff.
Thomlinson has bragged about he likes starting fights online. He has proudly described himself as a "drunk with anger problems" and brags about being in barfights. He has said that people deserve to be raped. He has told people that he raped their mother. He has threatened to beat the shit out of people because he's a "real life tough guy." Thomlinson brought one of his stalkers to court and the judge said he didn't have a leg to stand on because he was fighting back and forth with the guy through texts, threatening him, etc
Thomlinson has stated that he "can't let the idiots win" and spends hours a day responding to every text that he's sent and every message on twitter.
From looking at the guy's twitter in the past, he's a complete fucking asshole to everybody that doesn't immediately agree with him. He's even rude to the people who do agree.
Not to mention, about ten years ago Thomlinson was arrested for threatening to kill his ex-wife and their child. Due to this, he agreed to sign away any and all rights as a father.
From behaving like this online, he has attracted unsavory people that are as pig-headed and as willing to start shit as himself. It's a joke to these people. You can't win an argument with a person who's arguing for fun.
Does Thomlinson deserve all of this? Probably not. But the man is not an innocent cherub. He's a shit stirrer who attracted the wrong crowd and now regrets it.

This is one of the reasons why I think Pat's doing it to himself. Or paying someone. Cause after the first five times there's no effect... They just show up and leave a note. Why take the risk or pay torswats if there's zero effect after the first five times?

That is one of the most dead on civilian assessments of Patrick I've seen. It's easy to get caught up in the details of his many Ls so it gets difficult to bring people into the loop.
Pathological shit stirrer who regrets stirring the wrong shit is a perfect summary. I love it when casual observers broadly confirm all the little details about Patrick that I worry get lost in minutiae.
My mrs bought up the FBI swatter list in conversation so I showed her the news report. Her impartial assessment was that he looks fucking unhinged like he's on drugs, and Niki looks like a broken woman from putting up with Patrick's shit.

Here's a little detail that always gets left out of the narrative. He took his bride to a death camp on their honeymoon, then later publicly flirted with another woman on Twitter and asked to hang out with her.

Everyone in that thread assumes the calls are made in the US. If they are coming from some protected country then what? I think its good that they are trying to set up a way to isolate where the calls are coming from since its been happening a lot in the last couple years and seems to be used to stir up the political scene now. Im really interested to see who is behind most of them.
