I was skeptical but I’m starting to believe this might be true based on what happened last month:

- June 5 was the meal at Screaming Tuna which presumably was a date night between them
- June 15 is when the trustee wrote to the judge to confirm Niki and Patrick failed to make any payments in regards to the debt
- June 18 is when he took the Triumph to the stand up gig

Why didn't Niki support him being a stand-up comic (his words, not mine) and drive in the car together? Is that why he ordered a burger and three halves of a baked potato as comfort food to numb the pain of his crumbling marriage? I may be grasping at straws but I suspect there may trouble within the half-hovel.
