Anyone I’ve known who has done pot for a prolonged period of time has ended up with serious mental issues. At least pot can’t do any more damage to Pat’s mentally deranged mind.

Im sure he took a baby hit but thats understandable seeing as he has never smoked anything and doesnt know how to inhale a real toke properly. He would probably throw up on the people in front of him. Give him a bong hit and see his opinion change on the effects. While he isnt wrong about it being federally illegal, he clearly wasnt very high if thats all he felt.
