You can’t ever fix BPD and it’s a nightmare to be in a relationship with them. I think if you dope them out on meds and then establish super firm boundaries - of the type like “act up even the first time and you’re on the street” - you can maybe keep them in line. You can’t let them see any weakness or vulnerability or they will manipulate and abuse it.

Not really. There's a genetic predisposition to it, and upbringing can make it worse. Brain scans show underdeveloped parts of the brain responsible for reasoning and emotional regulation. Your wife should just show her tits by way of an apology for being wrong.
