Its perfectly normal to have periods of your life where you are hung up on things that happened to you or shitty things you’ve done.
I would even say that if you go through life without ever doing that you’re probably a retard.

You just have to make sure not to make it an excuse to be shitty, like you said.
Unfortunately I think we live in a culture now where a lot of people just surrender to whatever diagnosis they get and dont bother trying to improve. A big thing now is these girls on the internet vlogging about their “day in the life of someone on the spectrum” and they go around showing all the weird shit they do. But you just know that with a little discipline they really wouldnt have to do such weird shit in public and be so needy.

All that fucking new age shit about manifestation is true.

If you tell yourself you can’t do something or it will never happen to you, you can’t and it won’t.

People have survived for a week buried at sea (the nigger with the air pockets) - people have survived being disembowelled and near enough beheaded in the middle of no where by dragging themselves to help. You CAN do anything you put your mind to. I believe in prayer and a higher power, but even if you don’t, it’s the same thing - self belief.

Just letting steam off here anyway, because therapy is Jewish and gay.

I knew an annoying girl who would always say how much she needed attention. It was obsessive, she’d be like “No, you don’t understand. I NEED attention.”
Clearly she was just regurgitating what some therapist told her and just embraced being an annoying cunt instead of trying to self-improve

I keep my shit internalised so I kinda envy people who can talk about it. I can't really talk about it ever as it will fuck up other innocent people's worlds. They all think I am a dick. I am protecting them. Sigh.

Be ruthless with people in your life who aren't on the same page as you when it comes to where you want to be. All I mean by that is cut them out. Surround yourself with the kinds of people who are. It sounds cheesy and clichéd as hell, but in my experience it's true.

Does it get easier to cut people out of your life? I have a few negative influences around me that should be culled, but it's not something I've done before

It's almost worryingly easy. Just ignore them for a few months. All but the craziest will just stop trying to stay in touch. For family members, this might not be possible or desirable, but then just don't respond most of the time and when you do, remove all interest and emotion from the interaction. Respond intermittently and with perfunctory engagement.

It’s not an esoteric spiritual thing, either.

It can be but for me, it’s literally just forcing myself through sheer force of will to stop thinking negatively. “I’m in an unending negative thought loop. FUCKING STOP!” and just force myself to stop doing it like I’m forcing myself to do a workout.
Sorry for the late reply, I work at night and took a nap. It’s definitely not qualified information. People shouldn’t think like that. I used to think like that. So much so I would work myself into a string of mental gymnastics trying to undo myself. Overindulgence and being compliant is the enemy as dramatic as that sounds.

I hear what you’re saying, it can go the other way , you just have to find a way to organise your life to stay balanced.

Gut health is super important and always overlooked or mocked but it’s vital. When I eat in a set routine of simple food that works well with my gut, everything is 10x better in general.

It's what I always hated about the "autism" excuse: the people that use it like they have a doctor's note for being a faggot. I'm sure I could qualify as being on some stupid spectrum, but that shit's gay and a diagnosis doesn't really help those people overcome whatever's holding them back. What do they even do with these retards, give them pills? You can tell the ones that are really out of it but the ones using it to justify annoying behavior are insufferable.

Agree on the therapy statement, although I think psychology gets a bad rap because a lot of it is like you say. But there are gentile (and even some jew) psychologists that treat it like a genuine practice and try to actually find ways to help people work through their issues and negative thought patterns. Therapy is pretty faggoty and expensive, but I have gotten good results reading books about different neuroses, conflict resolution, anger management, etc. A big factor is if they are Christian, because so much of modern psychiatry is telling people "It's not your fault," which just leads to people blaming others and developing learned helplessness. Whereas a Christian perspective acknowledges that we are all sinners and have to work on ourselves before trying to fix other people's shit, emphasizing things like forgiveness and developing virtues, etc. Not trying to get you hooked on some brain-rotting pill that wrecks your brain chemistry and doesn't solve anything.

Also, I’m not saying I’m good looking or anything, but it’s clear I work on myself.

The people that do this (dwell), and I used to a lot when I was in the military, have that “look” about them. When they see someone one like me, they fucking hate it!!!
