My niece went through an "I guess I'm gay" phase when she was 15 and has since told us it was specifically because of this shit at school and her lesbian aunt putting in her head that should could be gay even if she thinks she's straight now. Her aunt was also saying she was my niece's best friend which was fucking weird and I kind of wonder what was being said between the two in private. Anyway, my niece has since cut most contact off with the aunt. I don't think anyone could have muddied the waters in my head when I was that age but not everyone is the same.
