- Mr. Tomlinson has been instructed many times by friends, family, police, and attorneys to stop engaging with his trolls, and that continuing to provoke them will cause him to be trolled even more. Mr. Tomlinson wilfully ignores this advice
- He would eventually file a defamation suit against 60 anonymous people which was dismissed with Mr. Tomlinson being ordered to pay $34,762.25 for opposing parties' attorney fees.
- He ended up paying $83,736.99 due to his unsuccessful attempts to dodge the court-ordered judgement, for which he faced jail time and contempt charges.
- He also filed 2 frivolous restraining orders against people who had engaged in First Amendment-protected behavior (one for texting him and another for attending his contempt of court hearing), both of which were dismissed.
- Early on in the lawsuit, Mr. Tomlinson vandalized his own motorcycle and submitted a false police report blaming the people he was suing.
- He accidentally sent surveillance video of the alleged vandal (himself) to a troll.
- Mr. Tomlinson has never shown this video footage during any of his media tours, and desperately tries to scrub it from the internet.
- Mr. Tomlinson claims that the surveillance video was initiated by his "motion-activated" camera, which only collects "30 seconds at a time", despite the video being 32 seconds long and beginning several seconds before the "vandal" enters into the frame.
- On 13 April 2023, the individual responsible for calling the fake emergencies (SWATs) to Mr. Tomlinson's house, a SWAT-for-hire dealer named "Torswats", revealed that Mr. Tomlinson ordered the SWATs to his own house because he wanted to get in the news and sue the MPD for money.
- Torswats would repeat these allegations in private chats which were not intended for public view.
- Mr. Tomlinson has gone on multiple news tours since the SWATtings started in order to promote his victimhood brand, utilizing the services of Lenora Claire.
- He also recently sued the MPD for money.

I love that this account suspension was right before the election. It fucked up Pats daily countdown he was doing for months. Pat missed out on all the gloating with trump losing. He just had to sit and watch from the sidelines.
Pat being invited to play the part of a town fool is priceless. You can just see the lack of respect for him in the faces of everyone else. They're all appearing somewhat presentable, and then out of nowhere joins Fattits McPepperoni trying to angle his camera to hide his triple chin.

I remember when I started my first "real" job out of university. This very senior guy came in one day to give us a talk during the trainee program. This guy was a legend in the finance game. His talk was basically about the traits that made a successful person in that industry. A lot were what you'd expect - numeracy, people skills, discretion, total dedication to client needs etc. But the one that stuck out for me was to keep the mentality that you always have more to learn and never be afraid to ask for more information from those who have it. That stayed with me, especially as it was coming from a guy worth 10s of millions of dollars who didn't have to be there and who admitted that he still said "I don't get it, explain it to me" every day.
Fat should've been doing that with that guy. Or both of them really. But no. He's so dumb and arrogant that he genuinely seems to think there's no one alive who can teach him anything because he already knows it. Well looks like it's really worked out well for him lol.

I just realized something that makes his introduction even more pathetic. I assumed that he was recovering from some kind of psychotic episode and that's why he couldn't introduce himself properly, but I think he literally had nothing to say about himself.

I hate to act like an internet psychologist, but I’ll do it anyway. Its clear he is completely devastated and rattled by his suspension from the day before. Every other time we see Pat in a video or zoom conference, he puts on a buzzy energetic bravado. His two minute drills, Strictly Stalking, etc.
