I've got some more advice, Pat. If you stop drinking alcohol for a few months, your pumpkin head will shrink to half its current size. You're retaining a lot of water because you're an alcoholic who drinks every day. I'd guess that you'd lose 20 lbs or more in those months just by cutting out the booze. That's before we even start talking about the damage you're doing to your liver, stomach, heart, pancreas, brain, kidneys etc. Like yourself a bit, Oinker. Do your appearance a favour if you're too obstinate to think about your health.
