That's a shitty econo-hotel room balcony, with the shitty chair from the room (the one that's at the table no one ever uses)

Also, it's harder to notice but Ade looks like she's just wearing socks too.

So here's my theory: It's the balcony of Pat/Ade's room, they were lying around on the bed so they took their shoes off. Then, Pat must have called and invited everyone over to "party" in their room (because Pat was never invited to anyone else's party, so he did this to not be excluded).

They didn't put their shoes back on, but it's not like everyone else is going to take theirs off at the door, when they're just here to drink the free booze, smoke cigs on the balcony, and grope this retard's wife.

That's my answer to the mystery, at least.

Good fucking eye on the balcony. I've always wondered about where they were and I think that makes the most sense. It explains a lot of the odd background stuff.
