- Mr. Tomlinson's 2021 lawsuit was funded in secret by the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America, a 501(c)(3) charity, to the tune of $100,000 without the knowledge or consent of their donors or members. They also agreed to pay any sanctions in case he lost (which he did).
- All parties involved signed NDAs so that the general public would never know.
- To this day, SFWA has never acknowledged its funding of the lawsuit, and actively instructs the few people in the know to ignore all inquiries into it.
- Is the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America funding Mr. Tomlinson's lawsuit against the Milwaukee Police? If they are, the general public probably wouldn't know due to their history of funding expensive lawsuits in secret.
- You can use IRS form 3949-A to report SFWA's activity if you reasonably believe that it is illegal for a 501(c)(3) charity to secretly fund frivolous nuisance lawsuits for one of its members.

- Mr. Tomlinson has been instructed many times by friends, family, police, and attorneys to stop engaging with his trolls, and that continuing to provoke them will cause him to be trolled even more. Mr. Tomlinson wilfully ignores this advice
- He would eventually file a defamation suit against 60 anonymous people which was dismissed with Mr. Tomlinson being ordered to pay $34,762.25 for opposing parties' attorney fees.
- He ended up paying $83,736.99 due to his unsuccessful attempts to dodge the court-ordered judgement, for which he faced jail time and contempt charges.
- He also filed 2 frivolous restraining orders against people who had engaged in First Amendment-protected behavior (one for texting him and another for attending his contempt of court hearing), both of which were dismissed.
- Early on in the lawsuit, Mr. Tomlinson vandalized his own motorcycle and submitted a false police report blaming the people he was suing.
- He accidentally sent surveillance video of the alleged vandal (himself) to a troll.
- Mr. Tomlinson has never shown this video footage during any of his media tours, and desperately tries to scrub it from the internet.
- Mr. Tomlinson claims that the surveillance video was initiated by his "motion-activated" camera, which only collects "30 seconds at a time", despite the video being 32 seconds long and beginning several seconds before the "vandal" enters into the frame.
- On 13 April 2023, the individual responsible for calling the fake emergences (SWATs) to Mr. Tomlinson's house, a SWAT-for-hire dealer named "Torswats", revealed that Mr. Tomlinson ordered the SWATs to his own house because he wanted to get in the news and sue the MPD for money.
- Torswats would repeat these allegations in private chats which were not intended for public view.
- Mr. Tomlinson has gone on multiple news tours since the SWATtings started in order to promote his victimhood brand, utilizing the services of Lenora Claire.
- He also recently sued the MPD for money.

I'd argue against that since "violent or scary shit" is the daily life of pretty much every animal on the planet except pussified first world humans. You can argue that violence is bad for the soul and therefore less violent socialized societies are a natural and desirable progression or that channeling those impulses into fantasy is unhealthy but it's definitely not unnatural.

Well I think a good example is how when you get high or trip or acid, you dont wanna watch horror films or itll fuck you up. So why do it sober? It's your same conciousness.
I 100% expected that tweet to pivot into how John carpenters The Thing is the greatest horror film of all time. It's a classic film to be sure, but every le epic faggot from reddit holds it in very high esteem which means Rick does too.

I'm pretty much of the opinion that watching any media is a waste of a trip, though I'm also an anxiety ridden faggot that always has a bad time tripping even though it usually ends in some kind of catharsis. I get what you're saying, though there are probably plenty of people who would rather watch some spooky shit while high than most other things so I think it's not any deeper than personal preference.
