It's a bizarre comeback no matter how you look at it. He either thinks he's being snappy by doing the ol' switcheroo ("lol ur a faggit" > "why are you obsessed with another man's sex life, child?"), but he's too autistic to understand that insinuating child rape is a tad more fucked up than calling someone gay; or he's 100% serious, thinks the atalkers got diddled, and that he'll rattle them by reminding them of their traumas.

Whatever the case, it's just more proof of how deeply socially stunted Rick is and how he would be spending the rest of his life in a padded cell if we were living in a more enlightened society.
